Waste of time

<div>Why make me fill out a form only to ask me the same questions that were on the form? I literally wrote time I wanted the move and what items needed to be wrapped but they asked me the exact same question (word for word) in an email! What a waste of time. If they can't get admin right I would hate to see what they do with the actual move. Won't be using this company or their partner ****** who was just as useless with admin.</div>
