Worst Courier Company

I have the same issue, ordered from JJ house was choosing the most expensive shipping option on the website and still don't have my package. I was looking on options how to reverse the transactions, and I have also mailed JJhouse about the courier company because if you use DHL you will receive the package a day later after customs was paid. So I am not believing for a moment that this package can still be at customs. I work for an IT company and I know how it works with customs as we import parts from overseas and like I said with DHL you never have any issues. First time I have heard from this courier company and with all the bad reviews there must be something we can do. At this moment I look at all the options to see how to get my money back if I don't get my package by the end of the week. If you get a parcel from overseas and they phone you to get the invoice paid for customs please first have a look at the reviews and if it is worth it to take the chance than to rather ship the package back to the supplier. I think that even the Post office in south africa have better service than them.
