Wholesale 7 Order has been with the company for over a week.

I bought a pair of shoes via wholesale 7 and when it got to customs no one called to advise that i need to pay Duty fees - I had to track the company down and they said they will revert back to me with feedback. I had to call them back , landlines are never answered and the cellphone number provided is not always answered. Anyway I'm now told that I will need to pay duty fees but I haven't received an invoice it's going to two weeks now . This is causing a delay for me and my emails are being ignored.
