Useless company

I have never seen such an useless company. I have ordered on line, my parcel go to them on the 24 July 2018 and I only find out when i started querying about that they are waiting on me to send the them the invoice of which i did. I was charge more on tax and customs, to cut matter short i have not received the stock even today
