Unreachable

Sharp Logistics has got only one number which is ********** 639. I tried calling it the whole day and I mean the WHOLE DAY. It kept saying the subcriber number is currently busy. Only around 3:30pm it went through but it just rang with no answer, eventually leading me to an automated voice saying "Hello your call cannot be taken at the moment and you cannot leave a message". I want to find out the status of my international parcels and get the local tracking number, that's all. This is so frustrating! And they never bothered getting back to my calls.
