The WORST logistics company ever “Sharp Logistics”

I have never dealt with such an ********* company as Sharp Logistics. I have a parcel that is with them should have been delivered on 15 April 2019 till today it is not here. Surprisingly today I tracked the parcel and it states delivered on 24 April 2019. This parcel has yet not arrived and when ever I send Tarryn Smith an email no reply no what so ever. Their phone lines are just another story. Anyone who knows how to help please let me know
