Terrible Customer Service and rude consultants

Pathetic service. Spoke to a woman by the name of Karen at the Isando branch, she actually hung up on me. She was very unhelpful and I was told that they tried calling me on Monday, from Monday to Friday only one call was made to get hold of me and then just left unattended to. The phones just rings and nobody answers.
