Shocking logistics company. Use someone else!

Wow, they cannot keep time. We were told that our package would be delivered on the 19/02/2019. We were told that our package would be delivered on the 20/02/2019. We waited all day - nothing. We were then told that they would come between 13:00 and 14:00 on the 21/02/2019 - again nothing. They state that they are open until 5pm on all platforms that can show a closing time apart from Friday, but no one is answering the phone. I am starting to think that they have ****** our package.

I have a dedicated friend who currently works in logistics, maybe you should employ him, and get your ratings up as people don't have nice things to say about your company from the reviews that I am reading.
