Sharp logistics refusing to deliver my parcel

I bought things online and used sharp logistics as the courier, on the 8 June 2018. Up to date i have not received my parcel they tell me stories .I was then charged customs fee. Which i paid and when i called customs was told the was no payment made. today its 03August2018, i have not received my parcel that i paid for a courier of 5 days.
