Sharp Logistics is an *********** company

I am truly appalled by the service I experienced from this company. On two occasions they lost my parcels and REFUSED to assist me in getting back. I had to call them constantly and do follow ups. The manager shouted at me and I have this recorded. This is shocking as you would thick a well trained manager would be proactive in taking responsibility and assisting the client in a respectful an efficient manner. They are extremely *********** and that is putting it nicely. To top it off, they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR LANDLINE hence you have to call them on their personal numbers. I am truly appalled by their service. Shocking in fact. And then I come here to find that many others have received the same terrible experience that I have gotten.
