SHADY AND DECIETFUL (NO PROFFESSIONALISM)

I ordered a package from China to South Africa, the shipping company used was DPEX. DPEX does not handle local shipping, so they pass off their parcels to SHARK LOGISTICS. DPEX sent them a message I sent them a message ,only for the "branch manager" to give me an automated email saying "The diver said he spoke to you and will deliver your package tomorrow" a blatant lie because i have never been contacted by the company until that day. I Bought my package on 10/10/2022. It arrived in Joburg 17/10/2022. 02/11/2022 still waiting and my lease is up soon so i don't have time to play this game with them. The fact that they don't have their own website speaks volumes. I can't believe that my package is in South Africa, and it is taking a centenary to deliver.
