Poor poor customer service

Worst courier company ever, empty promises and there is not even one person in any of the department that know how to answer a phone.. I spoke to a Leandré last week and she said that after waiting so long my parcel will be delivered on Saturday. Still nothing... How do I go about.. should I drive to there head office myself?
