No service logistics

This company is the worst logistics company ever. I was suppose to have received my parcel on the 16th feb now it’s the 1st of March still waiting. I have been calling and talking to Tarryn who tells me a different story every single day. If their system is not down the package will be delivered the next day but they don’t deliver. She even sounds like she’s sleeping when she answers the phone. Now the calls are not and
