No response, delivery delay

This is the worst company ever, firstly when you track your parcels, the logistic information doesn’t let you know when your parcel is out for delivery, you have to email them and ask them and they will take days to answer you, Friday I was supposed to get my parcels I emailed them before Friday and asked when should I expect them and they said Friday, I waited the whole day Friday cancelled everything to wait for my parcels and I sent more than 10 emails to them and they never respond at all and now I know as usual they will respond to those emails only when I get the parcels and say “parcels got delivered” this is the worst company ever, the service is poor and they never respond, they don’t care at all
