No Customer Service

Being in the customer business myself I felt that this company does not even deserve a 1 star. They have fail to deliver a parcel, lost it and know claim it was send to the wrong address. If they knew where it was they would have gotten back to the client. You can’t promise a client you will get back to them and not do so, and then ignore their calls or lie - unacceptable. I hope they get a hart as they are ruining a little girls dream of her favourite dress.
