NO CUSTOER SERVICE - GOODS STUCK WITH THEM FOR WEEKS

I paid a lot of money to have my parcel couriered from China to RSA- parcel was to reach me in 3/7 days

two weeks later i still do not have my parcel and NO ONE at sharp logistics can help me - they keep saying parcel is stuck somewhere!!!!!

where is it stuck and WHY!!!!!!!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER ! Lets not even discuss how they do not reply to emails and their phone that remains unanswered for hours !!
