Lost/****** Parcel

I ordered a package from a vendor in China, the hair was shipped successfully and reached the Skynet Elands branch on Oct 16th, and was at the Isando branch on Oct 17th and was "out for delivery" to my address on the same day, however, I am yet to receive my package. I have made several calls to Skynet and in November they eventually told me that my package was ****** and that I should contact Sharp Logistics, I did just that, and NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING has been done I'm just given the run around , it's been 4 months since I ordered and paid for my package, 3 months since I lodged the complaint with Skynet and Sharp Logistics, and NOTHING has been done. This is the worst service ever, and I would never advise anyone in their right mind to use this service!!
