I PAID $129 FOR PRODUCT AND THEY ARE CHARGING $90 FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES! BE CAREFUL!

Be careful with DPEX and this Sharp Logistics company in Kempton Park! They will rob you. I shop custom made sliver jewelry alot from Amazon, Ebay and Alibaba all the time and never in my life have I been through this! First of all, shipping was on the 31st of July 2021. Today is the 30th of August and still don't have my necklace. They sent me an email on Thursday or Friday to give them certain documents within 4 working days. I sent everything. Today they send me an invoice to pay $90 [equivalent] to release my necklace! Imagine!...and the necklace only cost me $128. I don't know whether to cry or laugh about this pathetic service!
