Devastating service delivery

The service delivery at this logistics company is dreadful, devastating and beyond poor, they do not reply to emails, SMS, call or even give you feedback with your shipment. i am still waiting for 3 shipments from sharp Logistics, am losing customers and the relationship i had built with my customer has deteriorated because of them.
