Complaint

Hi, my parcel has been pending inspection from customs since the 8th of February 2020. Everytime I contact the courier company Sharp Logistics also known as DPEX I’m told that customs has a backlog. Which is funny because I had another parcel that was also held which arrived later than the one I’m still waiting for, it was cleared and delivered. I’m frustrated because there’s no communication I’m the one always have to contact Sharp logistics and get an update . Customs says it takes a week for your parcel to be cleared, but it’s been over that week now. Please help
