Bad service and no response

This is my first time exposed to "Sharp Logistics" they're not sharp at all. I have been trying to call them since Friday no answer or even return of any email request. I have an urgent package from China that they need to clear at customs and deliver but there is little communication or still awaiting further instructions. DHL and TNT have already delivered 2 weeks ago??? it feels like they don't care!!!
