Bad Service

They dont even deserve a star. Had been contacting them for three days now. Firstly my order was sent to be delivered without any notification or arrangement. Then the guy calls me using the intercom at my place. I request him to give his number so that i can call him back, he only gave me 6 numbers and left. I then called their Pretoria offices to ask about the parcel, we arranged for the parcel to be delivered on the 26th March. No one came and no one contacted me. This morning i called again and the guy i spoke to took my numbers and said he will call me now now. Its been hours and i havent received anything call from him. When i go and call the Johannesburg branch to assist they dont answer. I called more than 10x already. Please i need my parcel urgently
