Disappointing
I bought parts from Sharp Auto Parts and told the sales person I will return the parts if it's not the correct one he agreed. Parts delivery was delayed I didn't complain, after receiving the parts oil pump wasn't the correct one. I returned the pump abd asked them to exchange for Conrod, t days later Naren send a picture of the conrod told him I got it already and ask him to create a voucher so I can use the credit someother time and that's when I was told they not gona refund the part coming up with all stories. Disappointed

we sent you pictures of the oil pump before sending it out, you said to send it out, so we did. If the salesman agreed for you to return the part, it is according to our return policy, the item must be returned as supp**** in it's original packaging, unused, within 7 the day period.
After more than 3 weeks, we received the pump that you couriered back to us, without informing us of your intention, and the original packaging was missing. Furthermore, when the item was received, the box was damaged and the oil pump was sticking out. After you had shipped it, without even confirming with us if we would accept the return, you called to inform us that you sent the item back and that we should give you a credit for something else.
We cannot accept return of the item because the original packaging is missing, the pump was sticking out of the box and could have been damaged, and the item was returned well outside the return period. The item is at our Durban store, please arrange for your courier to collect it.
