Clearance of a Judgement

Hi there,am hereby wish to complain about Transunion concerning my score.I have a Judgement under my name and I paid up the balance after that I contacted Transunion to descend the Judgement. It was promised via email but till today I still suffer the consequences of that because it had not been resolved or remove.Its so frustrating.
