Failure To Refund Client

It’s very disappointing for me to have to say this, but do not trust this company’s refund policy. I paid them R9,200 upfront for a group activity in July 2024, but the activity was canceled due to poor weather conditions. I was promised my refund by October 2024. For more than 3 months I have contacted them enquiring about my refund, but instead of a refund, I keep receiving empty promises.
