Loose Carpets - Bad Service

This company installed the carpets in our office, but unfortunately, most of them have become loose and it looks terrible.

Despite sending numerous emails, they have only responded to one, promising to come and sort it out. However, another month has passed, and nobody has shown up. They continue to disregard my emails. This is extremely poor service and I am thoroughly disappointed.
