**** **** DO no use this company!

<p>We are South Africans currently living in Tokyo, our son and his American friend were visiting South Africa in December 2016. We did a booking for them for Shark Cage diving with Shark Quests. We paid the full amount via credit card on 12 December 2016.</p> <p>Unfortunately the trip was cancelled due to bad weather and Tanya-Ann promised that the payment would be reversed. We have had various communication with them since then and NO PAYMENT REFUND. We have phoned, and have had to leave messages time and time again, no one phone us back, at the moment there are no communication from this company at all!! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!</p>
