***** : Shark Quests

A booking was made and paid for as a birthday gift, vouchers were received and when the party arrived in Cape Town, I tried call, emailing, left messages on their website to book a day for the actual dive.... the phone is permanently on voicemail, (although it says 24/7) no responses to my email and messages, they are only here for a short while and it looks like they will not get their dive. I find this disgusting that a business like this is allowed to operate and **** unsuspecting foreigners out of cash. Their sites should be taken down. I urge anyone NOT to do a booking with them.
