I received an email from the Oneplan Team saying they are struggling to get hold of me telephonically and if they keep on struggling my policy will be canceled. I was very concerned because they did the same thing last month. Yesterday I called the number provided but the recipient of the call said I must call today as the relevant team has already knocked off. I told the recipient of my call to ask the Oneplan Team to contact me via WhatsApp which they did. That's when Shari Govender came into the picture. She asked me how can she assist me and text her back explaining my situation. She confirmed the information that Oneplan wanted from me which I provided. Shortly thereafter she confirmed that my policy has been approved and will be effective from the inception date. I asked two of and I received a pleasant response from her.
