Training sessions is always very helpful. The Tech is always ready and willing to help with the questions I might have. The patience is exceptional as they never get annoyed with us when we are slow to learn. Software is a good platform with alot of potential that I would like to experience, Telegram is a good tool that has alot of information that is wonderful, they give the information we need in a way that we can understand.
