Sharetracking problems

I spoke to a agent of sharetrackin during august 2018. On my bank statement the company gave their name as Multid Forc&k9. Since 1 oct they deduct R299 from my bank account for no service used. The technician that would have come to set up my account was told by me that I am not really interested in the software and cancelled telefonical when the technician phoned me. My initial OK with deducting the amount of R299 monthly. I cannot find a number for them or email to make contact. I changed my mind within a week and up to now are not having the software or the training. Thus I am not using their product at all.

I ask of them to stop deducting money for some thing I did not sign for. My next step is the consumer organisation to sort this out.
