Sharetrackin is NOT for the people!

I joined Sharetrackin 2 months ago and after 1 month nothing happened. After numerous calls and emails my account was finally active. Before I joined the salesman assured me I will make over R2000 a month with the initial R5000 startup capital from Sharetrackin finance company and they will only start debiting my account once I start trading. 2 months later, nothing has happened, so I decide to cancel immediately. I inform the customer service representative. She sends me the cancellation form. I fill it in and send it to her immediately. I inform her that this is immediate and please do not debit me as your salesman said it’s a FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. On the 25th some other finance company debits my account for R1595.99. I then call my bank and dispute this debit order and ask them to reverse it. Today the finance company calls me and says I’m liable for the bounced debit order payment. I tell them I cancelled with Sharetrackin and even sent through the cancellation forms, they say Sharetrackin hasn’t informed them. To date Sharetrackin has not contacted me.
