17 Oct 2025, 20:29ShareTrackin.... what a ****!!! After doing some investigation, we found that they provide misleading informarion, make false promises. ShareTrackin told me they will give me R5000 start up capital. Next thing I know, I app**** for a R38 500 loan with CTI and now owe R78 315. I never received any R38 500....from CTI or anybody. I was told that trading 10 mins a day will provide financial freedom and I can pay the loan of R5000 back within a month or two with the big trading money I will be making. These are all lies! They had me write a great review of the training, while waiting on the line for me to do it. Then we realised the training platform and the actual trading platform are two very different platforms and do not work the same. Do NOT trust ShareTrackin. It is a ****!

You were contacted by the finance house, which would not have approved your finance application without confirming your finance term and the monthly amount payable.
After confirming that your finance application was approved, you accepted installation and training and confirmed on a courtesy call that you were satisfied with the training.
You received your start-up capital.
We have no record of you reaching out for assistance.
Every client learns at their own pace, but no matter how much assistance you may need to make self-trading a success, our support team is there every step of the way.
Further communication will follow in writing.

18 Oct 2025, 09:43Those documents were given to me at my house under false pretenses. What does the training of 30 mins have to do with a R38 500 loan?? Where is the R35 800 then??? By the way... that CTI application form was not aproved by CTI... it was signed by Jaco Havenga, a Sharetrackin salesman. And then he also signed as a Marketing agent for CKM as well... so what is he? And then...the second page of CTI...he failed to enter the name of the person receiving the R38 500... so who got that money? Dont even start with telling me I was happy bla bla bla. On my phone call, you will hear me say, that I have not started trading yet, when I entered into the trading app...I found it all to be a hoax. The training platform and trading platform are not the same. Jaco gave us false promises. I dont care what you have to say about your company's behavious. Cancel my agreement immediately! I received NO documentation from CTI confirming the R38 500 loan application was approved. Telephonic confirmation of "my approval" is not valid. I thought it was for the R5000 startup. That is THE ONLY LOAN i was told by Jaco I would have to make. Cancel everything NOW and take back your R5000. You are ****mers.
