I am very unsatisfied with the way that they conduct business. a Sales agent came to see myself and my husband, he assured us that we just need to do a 6 month trial month and that all it took was 15 minutes a day no extra terms or conditions. 2 Weeks later a technician came and installed the software and we realized that there was a hole lot of other terms and conditions that was never disclosed to us. Immediately I send in my notice to cancel the agreement and it has been a fight ever since, at first they would not accept my cancellation and now they want me to pay a cancellation fee. If their sales agent was upfront from the beginning and didn't mislead us, we would have never signed up to begin with. I have laid a complaint with the CGSO against them, and I am hoping that this review will keep anyone else from making the same mistake that I did.

We urged you to give the product a fair chance and making use of our support team and gurus to help you obtain the results you deserve, however this idea was rejected by you.
The cancellation fee which you refer to, is prescribed by the Consumer Protection Act which we want to adhere to, it is not of our own making.
We would like nothing more than to stay at your service and assist you, however it would seem that you are not willing to make the effort from your side.
