The previous verison was a little user unfriendly but the latest version is pretty user friendly and a litttle easier to navigate. Compliment to the Technician with assistance and training. Friendly, always timeously and knowledge is excellent. Alwyas very Professional, patient and helpful. If new at trading book the training. it helps tremendously. Only negitive. Would prefer a training session reminder call after 8am.
