<div>This is a terrible company to deal with. Numerous debit order complaints abound on Hello Peter and this is exactly the same for myself. I initially agreed to accept the upgraded package and I was supposed to receive support and have the program loaded onto my computer and to receive the documentation all of which never ever happened. Then I got debit deductions from a different company which I never knew of and I tried several times to locate who they were and finally got my bank to agree to stop these. Six months later I get called to tell me I am in arrears and have to pay including an extra month for notice or else I will be listed on ITC AS A BAD CREDIT RISK because I will not pay what they finally demand after identifying who this was that was debiting my account. A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO THE ONE WHO CONTACTED ME. Disgusting attitude and even worse arrogance when they are in the wrong. BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY</div>
