Not what was promised
This is not a get quick rich scheme. Their marketing pitch suggests that they have experts scanning market trends and then recommending trades to make money. Unfortunately, their poor expert has got it wrong more often than not and I have lost 80% of my demo account value following the expert recommendations TO THE T. You need to do your own analysis and actually know what you are doing, and I can only recommend this to people who have experience in trading and have a lot of time on their hands.

You are also absolutely correct: as with anything in life, what you put in, is what you will get out. Remember that investing on the JSE is a new skill that you as customer will need to learn. That is why Sharetrackin focus on education. We have a set of lecture modules, and together with our educational webinars, a customer should be able to start seeing returns within 12 months. During our previous discussions, whether telephonically or electronically, the matter has been explained, and we believe resolved.
