Hi there.. so just an update, I have been debited so indeed I am imprisoned. I was told I had a good review but it was only because of the swift help and was asked to write a comment here... so I see they removed the negative comments I had but they keep ONLY the good stuff to blind everyone that its an amazing company...
This post will be swiftly removed but they cannot silence me - I want this thing cancelled... they want to ruin my ITC and let me lose my job... i cannot afford these debits yet they do not care.. You can only know once you're trapped in this system of theirs.

You are in no way being imprisoned, and were you given ample options to cancel the purchase:
1. You signed an agreement.
2. You confirmed, on recording, with the entity financing the purchase, that you agree to the financing and the terms thereof.
3. You had 5 working days to change your mind and cancel the purchase.
4. You agreed to installation and training, received and accepted more training thereafter.
5. You confirmed that you are satisfied with the training provided on a courtesy call and again on this same forum.
6. You submitted that:
6.1 You would highly recommend us.
6.2 That you found the system user-friendly and
6.3. That the training and support given were done fast and to your satisfaction.
Then you informed our offices that you did not discuss the purchase with your wife and that, because you had bought a house, you did not want to continue. But: "..would love to continue in the future."
At some point, any agreement becomes binding on the parties.
The Seller and the support team performed in terms of all the agreements you have agreed to, and for reasons above, your cancellation was not accepted.

22 Jul 2025, 12:59I will get a new bank account because I cannot reverse... TRAP. be warned everyone, they will make you look crazy.. now I must go through all this admin. Be warned, they remove negative comments on Hellopeter.. everything is just designed to kill you financially.
