Multi aproach to teaching

Training I receive from the technicians is one of the best I have ever received in my entire life. They have the humanity and patience to understand that people will need a special approach with each persons needs, They adapt the technical parts so that the product is understandable, to any person from any walk of live. They try to find the method to trade that suites the person the best, I have a medical condition that makes it hard for me to remember things somedays and the tech that assists me has been a great help he takes things slow on the bad days and makes sure that I keep the trading up. The program looks complicated at first, but after training it is shown to be user friendly. The webinars are always useful. The Tech made sure to explain the program in a way that I can understand it and I appreciate it.
