Initially I was Happy.
The initial meeting with the person who sold us the package was very good. Good salesman!
The second meeting was with a technical person (Andre) and I was happy with this person to. He showed me how to start and get going. Even helped me with my laptop since he is much more computer literate than I am. After I tried to buy shares some questions arouse. I phoned Andre an he helped my again. However since then thing were getting difficult with my other activities and load shedding. I registered for a webinar but load shedding made it impossible to attend.
I still have some urgent questions and will call Andre again but that only might be Tuesday (12-7-22) since I will not be available Monday.
After that I will have a better idea and experience to do a proper rating.
