Sharetrackin software is very usable once you have had a view training sessions from the support team. The training material and videos on the sharetrackin software is also very informative, although there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to understanding the terminology. Technicians are always available and follow up regularly and on time. They are always helpful and have a good grasp on the material they teach you.
