Cancelling Sharetackin contact

i joined sharetrackin in November 2020 it took 2 months to get any joy in activating the account. i was told by the salesman about this 40% profit which does not take place. trying to cancel this will be a nightmare i have being trying to cancel for 5 months now and no chance. there is always some story of why you cannot cancel. when the rep was at my house i was told if i am not happy i can cancel at any time
