Bad service
1. Good platform for educating yourself on shares 2. Not responsive on emails at all :( 3. No direct contact numbers 4. Insists on using Teamviewer and phone call at the same time, which is a security risk for any data on your own computer... whilst there is so many better alternatives for online training and screensharing. 5. Suggested Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, MS Teams etc as alternatives but I was blatantly ignored
