Disappointed

I have an active tracker account which was debited as usual on the 25th of Aug 2020 but yet again I get an sms that an attempt for a debit order was done again today for what I don't know can someone call me urgently I do not like unauthorised debit orders on my account otherwise I will cancel this contract and get another tracker company that is professional and don't debit customers accounts when they feel like it I demand an explanation.
