Unreliable and ********** Service Provider

<p>I had made a booking to move my furniture from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg on 24 December 2015, for this I had paid a deposit of R 1 995.00 which Share Load King Sa confirmed receipt.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the date of pick up (24 Dec 2015), the truck didn't show up and the sales consultant (Louise) was nowhere to be found. I had to make alternative arrangements as no one came back to me with an explanation nor apology.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then requested a refund of my deposit in January 2016 and I was told it would be paid after 2 months, 18 March 2016 to be exact. The date came and past and no refund has been received to date. I've called Louise a number of times and sent countless emails, every time I was told payment would be made at the end of the month. </p> <p> </p> <p>I had lost all hope until I found the company here on hellopeter. If the management of the company care at all, all I’m asking for is my refund and nothing else.</p>
