Refund denied after cancellation

I was convinced by a telemarketer to purchase a CFD mentorship program at Share direct. I do basic CFD trading myself but was convicted that this program would broaden my current knowledge and improve my skill. I paid R 9950 on 2 December 2014 and was sent a flash drive and promised mentorship by an assigned person. The flash drive contained a program to be installed in order to attend electronic lectures on my PC at given times.<br> After purchasing the program I attended the first electronic lecture which was presented only at the end of January 2015 and found the content unclear and non informative. I have also has no contact from my mentor whatsoever. <br> I then proceeded to contact Mr Smith to cancel my agreement and request a refund and confirmed this by e-mail on 10 February 2015. After no response for almost a month my attorney forwarded a request for refund on my behalf on 9 March 2015. Share Direct has still not contacted either him or myself.<br> <br>
