Make Sure Shara Holdings Likes Your "Energy" Otherwise They Won't Even Come Out

A most disappointing experience with Shara Holding. I needed someone to look at my geyser. I currently don't have household insurance but the body corporate confirmed that it would be covered under the complex insurance. Shara Holding said they want money immediately after the job. So simply because I said I'd come back to them because I wanted to relay this to my husband. They told me I didn't have to get back to them because basically they don't "feel" my energy aka they don't think I can afford to pay them. I totally understand that service people get paid per job, so I never want to inconvenience anyone when it comes to their money. I wanted to get my darts in a row to make sure they'd be able to get what was due to them once the job is done. But for them to tell me they don't need my business was rather disheartening, to say the least.
