Poor service

Bought a weave from these people "Shara hair" over the past 3 weeks, they told me some sob story about it being lost and getting refund up until today I havent received my weave, i have to go back to them for feedback they make a fool out of me saying they'll give me positive feedback before end of day but in honest truth care that never happens I have to go back to them myself. I am honestly so irritated and annoyed I don't even wish to receive their weave, my money would be better honestly. I'm beyond piseed of.
