Ordering and Tracking process sucks

Shara Hair sells premium quality hair however their ordering and tracking process is terrible. On the website it states that you will receive notifications once the hair is ready for delivery or collection. You constantly have to follow up with them and their response time takes 2 to 3 days, its rather frustrating cause as a client you are left in the dark.
