Horrible Hair Quality

I went into the store to buy a wig. The front desk people were friendly and the lady who did the installation could have been better.... apart from that, the hair looked amazing and the installation but the following day the hair tangles and shreds so badly. Mind due I bought a HD unit. So for the price and what I got. Would never buy hair from them again
